Niall Bouktila is Co-Founder of Ping Offices, where he advises companies on serviced, managed and flexible office space across Dublin. Born and based in Dublin, he brings a deep understanding of the city’s office market, including the strengths, character and commercial realities of its different locations.

Before co-founding Ping Offices, Niall built his experience across the flexible workspace and workplace sector, including time with the world’s largest serviced office broker, a global design and build firm, and one of Ireland’s leading independent office brokerage businesses. That background gives him a well-rounded view of the market from both an occupier and landlord perspective.

Niall is known for winning client trust early, understanding how businesses plan for growth, and guiding them through the process with honest advice, fast communication and clear updates. He works closely with startups, founders and growing businesses to help them make smart office decisions that suit both their immediate needs and long-term plans.

He has developed strong relationships across the Dublin market, while always maintaining an independent and client-first approach. For Niall, the role is not just about finding space, but about helping businesses make confident decisions with the benefit of real-time market insight, strong negotiation and straightforward advice.

Ping Offices was built from a shared ambition between Niall and his co-founder to create a more honest, responsive and hard-working brokerage for the Dublin market. That founder-led mindset still shapes how he works today.

Paddy Daly brings a well-rounded blend of commercial, operational, and brand expertise, making him a valuable partner for both occupiers and landlords navigating the flexible office market. His career spans marketing, senior sales roles, and hands-on experience within serviced office operations, giving him a practical understanding of how workspace solutions are positioned, sold, and delivered.

Paddy began his career with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working within the enterprise team across Ireland and China, before moving to Brandforce where he focused on marketing, branding, and key account management. This experience shaped his ability to position and differentiate offerings in competitive markets and understand what drives client decision-making. He later transitioned into the flexible office sector with IWG, where he worked acrossboth sales and operations. During this time, Paddy supported the launch of new business centres, including contributing to the opening of a Spaces building in Donnybrook and a Spaces location at Dublin Airport, both of which remain operational today.  

More recently, Paddy held a Sales Director role within a leading office brokerage, where he spent two years gaining deep market intelligence and a comprehensive understanding of the wider Dublin office market. During this time, he also co-founded a business with his partners, which went on to partner with the brokerage for a further 12 months — adding an entrepreneurial dimension to his experience and further strengthening his commercial insight.

This combination of experience means Paddy understands not just how to fill office space, but how to create environments that perform. His expertise spans brand positioning, customer acquisition, pricing strategy, and operational setup — all key to delivering successful, scalable workspace solutions.
